Financing & Insurance

We understand that insurance benefits can be confusing, but we’re here to make it simple. We believe in transparency, so we verify your insurance benefits before your appointment and explain any costs during your visit—ensuring there are no surprises.
Our insurance specialists will ask a few quick questions to locate your medical and vision benefits. When you arrive, we’ll walk you through the best ways to maximize your coverage and save as much as possible. O’Fallon Family Eyecare is an in-network provider for many insurance plans, including (but not limited to) Vision Service Plan (VSP), EyeMed, Spectera, United Healthcare Vision, Anthem BC/BS, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Cigna.

Emergencies

We at O’Fallon Family Eyecare are available 24/7 for eye care emergencies. We define an emergency as an injury or condition that has presented rapidly and recently, and usually causes significant pain of the eye or sudden loss of vision. We are available to treat any of the following on an urgent care basis:

  • Scratched eyes or other injuries
  • Eye pain or light sensitivity
  • Sudden loss of vision
  • Sudden onset of double vision
  • Red eyes
  • Recent onset of floaters or flashing lights
  • Foreign bodies (getting small particles in the eye)
